Level 4-The Awakened Heart
In Shambhala Training Level IV: The Awakened Heart, we will learn to allow our hearts and intuitions to open so that we can communicate fully with the world.

This program is open to graduates of Level 3 and continues the Shambhala training program, providing an opportunty to further deepen meditation pratice while emphasizing the development of genuine confidence,humor and personal dignity within the complexity of daily life. The weekend will be taught by Senior Teacher ,Jesse Miller (Berkley,California). Jesse has been a student of Chogram Trungpa and Sakyong Mipaham Rinpoches for the last 30years and brings warmth,clarity and authenticity to the teachings. We are delighted to welcome him back to Adelaide for what will be a wonderful weekend.
Venue: SACOSS, Marjorie Black House,47 King Wiliam Road,Unley. Limited parking at rear.
Registration: Friday night
Refreshments: Tea/ coffee and afternoon tea provided. There are nearby cafes to obtain lunch or bring your own. The weekend will conclude with a celebration of food and wine (provided).
