This is a special Open House event of sitting meditation followed by teaching by visiting Senior teacher,Jesse Miller . Jesse brings a wealth of experience as a Senior Shamabhala teacher. He travels extensively and always brings genuiness and warmth to the teachings which encourages discussion and questions about how to apply dharma into the busyness of life.
