The Adelaide Shambhala Meditation Group offers ongoing training in meditation to help us awaken our true nature and infuse our everyday activities with wisdom, compassion and a sense of humour.
Established in 2006 we are part of Shambhala International, a community of meditation centres founded in 1973 by Tibetan Buddhist monk Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.
- First Monday of every month special Open House for newcomers.Join us for tea/coffee from 6:45pm followed by meditation instruction and discussion. By donation
- 'Regular' Open House 2nd, 3rd and 4th Monday of the month. 7:00pm- 9:00pm. Meditation and discussion followed by tea/coffee and biscuits.Donation $5:00 appreciated.
- A monthly nyinthun (day of sitting /walking meditation and group discussion) on the 3rd Saturday of the month
